NOTICE: June Cohort is now OPEN.
Secure your spot now.
Begins: June 18, 2026

You’ve Done the Work —
But Still Get Stuck
You understand your triggers.
Named your patterns.
Done journaling.
Taken trainings.
And yet—
When pressure rises, you still:
• Overthink decisions
• Second-guess yourself
• Say yes when you mean no
• Shut down or snap
• Replay conversations afterward
That’s not a lack of insight.
It means your system hasn’t learned how to stay steady in that moment ... yet.

This Lab Exists for That Gap
Most self-reflection happens after the moment has passed.
You analyze what happened.
See the pattern.
Understand why you reacted.
That’s meta-cognition.
It’s valuable.
But awareness alone doesn’t give you control under pressure.
When activation rises, your nervous system moves faster than your insight.
That’s the gap.
What Makes This Different

This is not:
-
a mindset course
-
emotional regulation training
-
motivational work
-
or content you consume and forget
This is a live, practice-based lab.
You learn by using the skills, not studying them.
You learn a structured process you can use in real time when:
• you’re about to say yes but mean no
• you’re avoiding a conversation
• you’re spiraling in overthinking
• you’re about to react instead of respond
This process integrates:
• emotional information
• needs and values
• operating beliefs
• self-trust
• conscious choice
Most people fly past these important pillars to get to "the fix".
It's understandable.
It's also why patterns repeat.
Capacity must be built to hold the discomfort that comes when you'd rather lash out, bolt, or shut down.
That’s what this lab is for.
What the Stuck to Stable Lab Actually Does
The Stuck to Stable Lab is a 6-week live container designed to:
• Slow down the exact moments where you normally override yourself
• Teach you how triggers hijack your body and decisions
• Begin building the skills that make interruption possible

This is not mindset work.
This is not motivation.
This is structured practice.
You learn how to:
-
Notice activation earlier.
-
Stay present with emotion instead of managing it away.
-
Identify what is influencing your reaction in real time.
-
Make one clean decision from steadiness.
This is foundational skill-building.
What You'll Notice After Six Weeks
By the end of our time together, you'll start to notice yourself:

-
Catch reactions sooner
-
Pause instead of escalating
-
Name at least one boundary you would have avoided before
-
Recover faster when you do react
-
Make decisions and move without spiraling afterward
Not because you forced change.
Because your capacity to stay with yourself increased.
This is foundations work.
It won’t solve everything.
It shows what life can feel like when steadiness becomes available to you.
Who This Is For

This lab is for you if:
• You’ve done therapy, coaching, or self-development work
• Insight comes easily, but follow-through doesn’t
• You override yourself under pressure
• You’re tired of understanding your patterns but still reacting the same way
• You’re willing to practice, not perform
This is not for:
• Someone brand new to inner work
• Someone looking for quick fixes
• Someone who wants advice instead of doing the work
The Six-Week Flow

Week 1 — Why Insight Isn’t the Problem
See exactly where insight fails under stress
and identify where you lose access to what you know in real situations.
Week 2 — Emotional Information (Without Bypassing)
Learn how to stay present with emotion long enough
to extract information instead of managing it away.
Week 3 — Needs, Values, and the Hidden Leak
Expose where your energy leaks
and why knowing your values isn’t enough.
Week 4 — Operating Beliefs (What Actually Runs You)
Differentiate intellectual beliefs from operating beliefs
and learn to recognize belief activation in real time.
Week 5 — Steady Boundaries
Understand why boundaries fail before they’re spoken
and what needs to be in place inside you for them to hold.
Week 6 — Integration: Choosing From Steadiness
Use the structure independently to work through
current decisions, triggers, or stuck places.
Each week builds on the last.
This is sequential work.
