Stuck to Steady Lab

Six Weeks of Live, Guided Practice

Learn what’s happening in the moment right after you get triggered—
and how to stay present so you can make clear decisions and move forward even under pressure.
You’ve Done Inner Work —
But Still Get Stuck

You understand your triggers.
Named your patterns.
Done journaling.

Taken trainings.

And yet—

When pressure rises, you still:

• Overthink decisions
• Second-guess yourself
• Say yes when you mean no
• Hold back or push too hard

• Replay conversations afterward

And it shows up in your work—
in your decisions, your conversations, your follow-through.

That’s not a lack of insight.

It means your system hasn’t learned how to stay steady and present in that moment ...

yet.

This Lab Exists for That Gap

Most self-reflection happens after the moment has passed.

You analyze what happened.
See the pattern.
Understand why you reacted.

But it doesn’t change what happens
when you’re in the moment itself—
in a conversation, with a client, or making a decision.

When pressure rises,
your reaction moves faster than what you know.

That’s the gap.

What Makes This Different

Screenshot 2026-04-20 132759.jpg

This is not:

  • a mindset course

  • emotional regulation training

  • motivational work

  • or content you consume and forget

This is a live, practice-based lab.

You learn by using the skills—
not just understanding them.

You learn a structured process you can use in real time when:

• you’re about to say yes but mean no
• you’re avoiding a conversation that matters
• you’re spiraling in overthinking instead of moving forward
• you’re about to react instead of respond

This process brings together:

• what you’re feeling
• what matters to you
• the beliefs shaping your response
• your ability to trust yourself
• your ability to choose in the moment

Most people move past these too quickly
trying to get to a solution.

It makes sense.

It’s also why the same patterns
keep showing up in your work.

You need the ability to stay with yourself
when it’s uncomfortable—

when you’d rather react, avoid, or shut down.

That’s what this lab builds.

So what you know is available to you
when it matters.

What the Stuck to Steady Lab Actually Does

In six weeks, you begin to:

• Slow down the exact moments where you normally override yourself

• See what takes over when pressure rises

• Begin building the ability to interrupt it in real time

Not mindset work.
Not motivation.

Structured practice.

You learn how to:

• Notice what’s happening sooner
• Stay with yourself instead of moving away from it
• See what’s shaping your reaction in real time
• Make one clear decision when it counts

This is where you start to stay present—
so you can follow through,
make clear decisions,
and move your work forward.

What You'll Notice After Six Weeks

By the end of six weeks, you'll have learned how to:

• notice when you’re about to override yourself

• identify what’s driving your reaction in the moment

• distinguish between what you know and what happens under pressure

• determine where your choice point actually is

• recognize what needs to shift for a different response to be possible

Because you will have practiced this in real situations:

• slowing the moment down enough to see what’s happening

• staying with yourself instead of immediately reacting

• using a clear structure inside real situations

• working through real decisions and triggers in real time

This is foundational work.

It won’t solve everything.

It shows what becomes possible
when you stay with yourself—
so you can follow through in your work
when it matters.

Who This Is For

This Lab is for you if:

• You’ve done therapy, coaching, or inner work—and still feel like something’s missing

• You understand yourself—but when pressure rises, you can’t always follow through and don’t know why

• You override yourself under pressure and don’t have another way to respond

• You’re tired of seeing the pattern and still reacting the same way

• You’re willing to practice—not just think about it

This is not for you if:

• You're brand new to inner work
• You're looking for quick fixes
• You want advice instead of doing the work

How the Six-Weeks Unfold

So you can make clearer decisions under pressure,
trust yourself in those moments,
and catch overthinking, overwhelm,
and self-doubt sooner.

Week 1 — Why Insight Isn’t the Problem
See exactly where insight breaks under stress
and where you lose access to what you know—
that moment overthinking and self-doubt take over.

Week 2 — Emotional Information (Without Bypassing)

Learn how to stay present with emotion long enough
to use it instead of managing it away—

so you don’t get overwhelmed or override yourself in the moment.

Week 3 — Needs, Values, and the Hidden Leak

See where your energy leaks in your work
and why knowing your values isn’t enough to hold your direction.

Week 4 — Operating Beliefs (What Actually Runs You)

Differentiate intellectual beliefs from operating beliefs

especially the ones behind imposter syndrome and second-guessing, so you can learn to recognize when they take over in real time.

Week 5 — Steady Boundaries

Understand why your boundaries don’t hold
and what needs to shift inside you so your decisions and boundaries actually stick.

Week 6 — Integration: Choosing From Steadiness

Use the structure on your own to move through

real decisions, client situations, and stuck moments—
with more trust in yourself.

Each week builds on the last.

So what you’re learning starts to show up in how
you lead, decide, and move your work forward.
