Are you genuinely happy, or are you happy when you are doing something that occupies your mind, and then when that's done, there's a low feeling, some sadness, or a sense that *something's missing* until you find that next thing to occupy your mind?

STEP 3 - TRAJECTORY: Know where you are headed, using your heart to provide direction for your dreams and goals, and watch out for the Trajectory Traps.
